FIBC

FLEXIBLE INTERMIDIATE BULK CONTAINER

Because FIBCs are flexible and have large carrying capacities, they offer a very favorable package volume-to-product-shipped ratio. They can be designed to fit a variety of product packaging needs that allows users to design bags with a variety of filling, moving, storing, and discharging options.

Formstable FIBCs

Stability and Optimal Utilisation Of Space

The unique but simple fibc construction helps to prevent the deformation of the bag and ensures that the fibc retains its square or rectangular shape during transportation and storage.

  • Standard baffle - to allow free flow of goods during fill and discharge

  • Efficient transport loading

  • Optimized space utilization during warehouse storage and stacking

  • Improved stability during handling, stacking and transportation, thereby increasing the safety within the immediate environment of the fibc

  • Lower freight cost, less pallets, fewer FIBCs

  • Normal & Bag-in-Bag Design

FIBC Filling

A wide variety of filling options to fit your operations:

  • Open Top - for ease of filling particularly bulky goods

  • Duffle Top - offers full width of fill with extra protection

  • Filling Spout with Cone Top - for enhanced flow of goods

  • Filling Spout Top - for standard filling application

  • Box Top - for high repose or aerated goods

FIBC Discharging

A wide variety of discharging options to fit your operations:

  • Flat Bottom - emptying by star cut of the base

  • Discharge Spout Bottom - for standard discharging applications

  • Double Discharge Spout - for dust-free discharging

  • Conical bottom - for goods which may bridge or cake

  • Discharge Spout with Iris Closure - extra protection of the discharge spout

  • Discharge Spout with Star Closure - to avoid bulging of the discharge spout

  • Bottom Flap - extra full base protection

  • Open Bottom System with Iris Closure - total opening of the bottom

FIBC Loops

A wide variety of lifting options to fit your operations

  • Standard Four Loops - ensures that the side panels remain intact when being filled or lifted

  • Single/Two Loops - the bag itself is formed into a lifting loop which gives the bag a higher breaking strength and makes the FIBC easier to lift

  • Cross Corner Loops allows for speedier handling and maneuvering process due to the tines being able to go straight through the loops unassisted

  • Tunnel Loops - designed to stay open ready for the forklift to engage, consequently trimming down the time and cost when filling and handling

  • Stevedore Loops - also known as 'loading belts' has multiple ways to lift the bag

  • Perimeter Loops - also known as 'safety belts' are important if the bags are to be picked up on less than all four loops

FIBCs with LINERS

Depending on your product requirement, FIBC can be fitted with an inner bag which we call a LINER. This liner provides additional protective properties against air and water vapor migration and the effect of UV light. Whether you are using TYPE B, C, or D FIBC there are a number of liner solutions.

  • Lay-Flat Liner

  • Form-Fit Liner

  • Glued-in Liner

  • Heat-Resistant Liner

  • Baffle Polyethylene Liner

  • Aluminum Foil Liner

  • EVOH Liner

This powerful combination is often used for food-grade products and fine powders. the features that are attained using FIBC Liners are:

  • Oxygen Barrier

  • Moisture Barrier

  • Chemical Resistance

  • Anti-Static Properties

  • High Strenght

  • Reduces product catching during filling and discharge

  • Supports bag stacking and reuse

  • Allows more product per ft

  • prevents contamination

FIBC ACCREDITATION

  • BRC Food Certified

  • ISO 9001:2015

  • UN Certified

  • International Standard: EN21898:2004
